The management at this store is very poor. Even during a busy day, with a line of customers waiting to order, there were only a few people working. I don't know if this store even has a manager, but no one seemed to be in charge. The service was terrible, and because of that, I won't be coming back. They might think they're saving money on one person's salary, but they're actually losing their entire business.

I’ve only been to this location twice since I moved in Herndon and every time I went to this location there’s always been an issue. First time I went to this location. I went through the drive-through and asked for saucy nuggets and was told they didn’t have any sauce I feel like they were just being lazy and didn’t wanna make it because it was at night.Second time which was today almost 8 months later I decided to give it a try again. I go inside what are my food show my app to be told that they can’t accept my app because the scanner is not working. I had a free offer for fries. I’m not going to pay for fries when I have a free offer available on the app.. I just walked out I will never go back to this location..

We just ordered four burgers, and paid for that. And after they took their money they send the order with missing items, my child sleep crying. He thought he will have a burger he was happy.

Went thru the drive thru, the woman that was taking the order was polite, but the man that was working with her was disgruntled and very rude to her. Overheard her telling him that it wasn’t the right food for the order and told her to just give what we have. Nothing in our order was correct. Is this how business is conducted nowadays? Is it that hard to communicate that you don’t have certain items in stock and give the customer the option to make a different choice?
It’s a good way to lose business, I’ll tell you that. This was our first and last visit here. To take people’s money and intentionally give them the wrong order is another level of disrespect. Go to Taco Bell next door if you’re looking for quick fast food. At least they get your order right and let you know up front if they don’t have something.

Disappointing Service and Poor Customer Care

I ordered 3 Baconator Fries and 1 Chili Cheese Fry with ranch at this Wendy’s, spending a total of $24 just on fries. At the drive-thru, I reminded the Hispanic girl at the window to include ranch in my order. I was asked to park and wait, which I did. When the guy brought out my order, there was no ranch.

I went inside to ask for 3 ranches, and the same guy only brought me 1. When I asked for 2 more, an Indian employee refused, saying the fries already had cheese sauce on them and didn’t need ranch. I explained that I specifically ordered them with ranch, but he still refused. His reasoning? The store was closing down for remodeling in a week, and they “wouldn’t have enough stock” to give me two more.

Spending $24 on fries and then being denied a couple of ranch packets is ridiculous. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to deal with inventory issues or excuses about remodeling. If I order something, it should be provided without a hassle. This lack of care and customer service was disappointing, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
