this place can't fulfill an Uber eats order to save their life. last time you miss the desserts, tonight you forgot to put an entire kids meal in the bag. terrible service, terrible management. recurring problem.

The short Indian lady was beyond rude, she got mad for having 3 people in line and was upset for no reason. Customer service was terrible, I donât even know why Theyre still in businessâŠ
They should have not wasted time or money with remodel people arenât going there because the workers are rude basically throw the food at you and they mess up your order ever single time

Disappointing Service and Poor Customer Care
I ordered 3 Baconator Fries and 1 Chili Cheese Fry with ranch at this Wendyâs, spending a total of $24 just on fries. At the drive-thru, I reminded the Hispanic girl at the window to include ranch in my order. I was asked to park and wait, which I did. When the guy brought out my order, there was no ranch.
I went inside to ask for 3 ranches, and the same guy only brought me 1. When I asked for 2 more, an Indian employee refused, saying the fries already had cheese sauce on them and didnât need ranch. I explained that I specifically ordered them with ranch, but he still refused. His reasoning? The store was closing down for remodeling in a week, and they âwouldnât have enough stockâ to give me two more.
Spending $24 on fries and then being denied a couple of ranch packets is ridiculous. As a customer, I shouldnât have to deal with inventory issues or excuses about remodeling. If I order something, it should be provided without a hassle. This lack of care and customer service was disappointing, and I wonât be coming back anytime soon.

Was ordering drive through and the lady helping us was very nice. When I asked about a coupon on the app, the manager took over and was very harsh with us asking a question. We came to Wendy's to get the latest kids meal toy we saw advertised, which were the bug toys, only to be given the halloween ones? The manager was the one who was at the window. He was very rude and even though we requested honey mustard with our order received none and felt like he was rushing us out even though there were no other cars in the drive through. Will not be coming back to this Wendy's, I'll let other ones get our business who will not treat their customers so badly

I had the worst experience. I tried to use a coupon via the mobile app and I was told that the certain sandwich that was stated doesnât work for their system. So I switched over to the other options and was told that theyâre still not able to take my coupon and made a big fuss about it. The manager was really rude And was hurrying me so I just paid the full price despite not getting what I actually wanted and the coupon in hand stating that the item I ordered was eligible. I wouldnât have minded paying full price for what I originally ordered if the staff was more friendly instead of rude. Definitely not coming back to this location and I regret even saving my card for this purchase.

The drive through handed me the wrong order today, and I didnât check before I drove home. When I got home, I noticed it was the wrong order so I went back to the restaurant. The manager proceeded to blame me for being handed the wrong order, and claimed that I insisted it was my orderâthis interaction did not occur, since we did not speak with the woman handing us our order before we left. The manager was very rude and did not apologize for her restaurantâs mistakeâthey didnât even give us a receipt. We will not be going back.
