Great drive thru experience! Staff was friendly and checked to see if we want any other packets, as well as checking if we wanted unsweet or sweet tea (their online ordering doesn’t have a sweet tea option). Wish we lived near here!
Good luck getting anything besides poor service and orders made incorrectly. I ordered through the app, confirmed my order was as desired before submitting and it wasn't made as requested. It was like the staff looked at the item name and overlooked any customization to the item. Specifically asked for sauces to be swapped to a more palatable flavor and it was overlooked.
