Took forever to get my food that I ordered online and then when I get it home it’s all over cooked and tastes old. Try calling to complain and get put on hold!

I have been a long time customer with Pizza Hut in Hillsville,VA. I placed an order Wednesday, October the 2nd at around 7:00 and asked it to be delivered. I waited on it until 9 pm. I finally called them back, they said it had been put in as pick up. I had asked for it to be delivered because of high blood sugar, and didn't want to drive out.
