“Not all Hardees are the same, and the Lebanon, VA Hardees definitely shows it. The staff is friendly and makes you feel like they truly appreciate your business. There are people who come here every morning for breakfast because they feel welcomed. I sat here today and watched the manager, Sandy, interact with customers, and I can see why this is an exceptional Hardees. When you run a business, it's one thing to be staffed and another to be staffed with the right employees and to lead by example. If I were still in the workforce, I would definitely work for her.“

“Food was good. Took 30 min from the time I ordered to finally get food. Guess they lost my order. Employees spent too much time fussing about working at Wendy’s and not enough actually working. If you don’t like your job find something else. It’s that simple.“
