I will never spend another dime in this establishment. Lastnight paid $25 and change for literally 2 12inch sub rolls. Ordered steak and cheese with onions peppers and mushrooms. The amount of ingredients on both subs would not have covered the bread on one 6 inch. I had one piece of onion, one piece of pepper and I think one what may have been a mushroom. I would have had to drive 14 miles to return. Shameful and a disgrace! Never again!

I order from Chanello's for my family about 6+ times a month. I usually order online. Only because they have a reward program that gives u $10 once u hit a certain amount of points. The food is always absolutely amazing. I have only had .maybe 2 or 3 issues in the past with my order. But 2 times out the 3 they have fixed that min. Or they have gave me a store credit for whenever. Staff has been great of course I have my few favorites there. Overall I would pick Chanello's over any other pizza spot anyday
You can tell the ingredients are good, but the sauce was meh. Not much flavor on the regular pizza sauce or their white sauce. Delivery driver was very cool.

Absolutely delicious!! I had the cheesy breadsticks with a pepperoni, cheese and tomato pizza. I am a cheese lover and the young lady working listened to my order and fixed my food to perfection. Reasonably priced and located right off of 295 in Hopewell, Chanello's was a great idea for dinner tonight. I will be back.

Always great food and service. However, i did have one salad issue (completely ran out and did call me to say I wouldn't get salad; but sent an employee to the local Food Lion and the usual Romain was replaced with iceberg which I can't digest well). Got an E for Effort, but need to be sure customer can eat the replacement.
