City Point Ice Cream & Burgers

I’ve visited City Point Ice Cream a few times since they opened, and the quality has improved a lot. The burgers are now thicker, tastier, and more appealing, and the fries are crispy and delicious—clearly homemade. The ice cream is great, with a nice selection of local Richlands flavors. On my last visit, they didn’t have fresh bananas, but the staff handled it wonderfully by revising my nephew’s order so he could still enjoy it. Friendly service and a happy atmosphere make this a great spot. I’d love to see a sugar-free ice cream option someday.

Food was great! Had the double bacon smash burger with chili cheese fries. Burgers were good and juicy and fries were fresh and crisp! The build me up buttercup ice cream was great. So was my wife's cheesecake ice cream! Highly recommend for a good date night spot! Loved the Christian music playing as well!

This place is so fun and charming! There are free drawing tablets you can use while you're there. There is an ice cream cone cut-out to stick your face through to take photos. The staff is really nice, and the menu has great items. I had the Build Me Up Buttercup crazy shake and it was delicious!

10/10 recommend. The staff are so friendly and the food is AMAZING! The milkshakes are out of this world. The cook specially made my burger to perfection! SHOUT OUT CITY POINT ICE CREAM!!!!

This place is an over priced Five Guys. Burger was really good, fries seemed to be recooked and not very tasty. Over $85 for two double bacon smash burgers and one single burger w/LTM

My daughter and I absolutely love their burgers. If you're looking for a juicy steak burger, I'd highly recommend City Point. This is a great place to take the kids, go on a date, or just want an awesome burger or shake.

Best burger shop around! Delicious burger, my favorite is the breakfast burger. The shakes are incredible. They use quality ingredients unlike some of the other crazy shakes spots I’ve been to. The staff is kind and inviting. This is our go to in the hopewell area!

They have gluten free buns!! They offer to eat there and to take home. Also choice of 2 different patties and a single, double or triple. They have free toppings and extra charge toppings (like egg or bacon) and preset types (like a mushroom and swiss). They also have fries and milkshakes. Even their small scoop in a cup is HUGE. My double was a bit salty but I am sensitive to salt in general. It was also so hot it burnt my mouth lol (that is NOT a complaint). It is a little expensive but considering all the options, its not in the end.
