Mannnn finding fabulous bbq is a chore . You could find good bbq anywhere but finding fabulous doesn’t happen often. We found it here at Saucy’s . Definitely our go to from now on!
Recently had the catering option 3 for 20 people. Everything was delicious. Some of the best barbecue I have had. Can’t wait to go for a sit down meal.

Saucy's Sit-Down Bar.B.Q. in Downtown Hopewell offers a cool vibe and delicious BBQ dishes like chicken quarters, pulled pork, brisket nachos, and pork BBQ sandwich. Customers enjoy the french fries, bean trio, and sweet tea, along with the flavorful brisket sandwich and nicely smoked brisket with very little fat. The Mac 'n Cheese and sweet potato side are also popular, though the sweet potato can be a little too sweet. The kale and black bean side offers something different in a good way.
The restaurant has a drive-thru option for takeout. The energetic and attentive staff make the dining experience enjoyable. Though occasionally basic requests may be forgotten, the food is awesome and the portions are unbeatable for the price. The q balls may not be for everyone, but overall, the food is worth trying and worth the money.
Saucy's is an awesome find for BBQ, with a knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly staff. The brisket is on point, with a super peppery sauce, pickled red onions, and cornbread. Customers highly recommend the brisket sandwich and the great seasoning on the fries. The establishment is clean and quiet, with fabulous food and polite waitresses, making it a place customers want to visit regularly.
