I'm from Texas (San Antonio).I had their Caldo de Res and a gordita. They were very good. My grandson's girlfriend had menudo. It had a good flavor but no hominy.My mom told me that some restaurants don't put hominy. I would order it next to I visit my son.BTW they have Mexican Pepsi and Coke in glass bottles. Those are the best!!
Coming from California, it's hard to find an amazing Mexican restaurant. this spot hit my craving for authentic Mexican food. I ordered the sopes. All the meat choices were delicious I've tried the pork, chicken and steak. The menu is mostly in Spanish, but the owners son is happy to help you understand what each item is. Love this place. Authentic ...food is always fresh and outstanding. Great people. The service always makes you feel welcome. My Go to spot for a good lunch break! The chorizo Tacos are amazing!
