This Dennys’s is terrible. I do believe they have inexperienced workers in this department place. This is the second time we decided to give Dennys a try and was disappointed . First time we waited 45min and the food came out burnt. Second time 4/22/24 at night the building was cold . People complaining about no soap in the bathrooms and another customer told me “honey you don’t want to eat here I’ve been waiting forever to get waited on. 4 customers sitting down and no one seen the waitress…

One said phone was dead the other said the computer was down and I had to place an online order. I'm extremely disappointed...

We were flabbergasted. Walked in door and greeter immediately said don’t know who can serve you but I will sit you down. Should have left then. The waitresses were not happy and it was 10 am. It took about 5 mins to get a waitress she brought my husband water and me coffee in an unclean mug with dried coffee all down its sides. She had to have seen it. I got ready to drink from it and turned mug around and saw the mess! It got worse, ordered food and the waitresses continued to chat back and forth about “not doing this” and our waitress went outside and was screaming at a gentleman who was coming into work. 25 mins later I started watching our food get cold in the window. We started to leave but stayed hoping the day would get better. We got our eggs and hash browns together, then 10 mins later I got my toast and 5 mins later my husband got his pancakes. Bad bad bad. Then the bill came and the waitress charged me for the dirty cup of coffee. Told her to remove the 2.99. When she returned she asked how was everything, when I told her our food was cold she looked shocked. You kidding me. She knew our food was cold when she dropped it on the table. Won’t be back way too many nice places in the area to eat. Someone needs to step up and manage that restaurant or close it down.

Store #6672 Janet did an amazing job serving us. Excellent customer service and very detailed on everything. Very professional. We noticed Candice the manager being rude to Janet publicly yelling to her from the kitchen to where she was outside the smoothies machine. It was uncomfortable hearing her. Thats is not professional at all. But other than that the food was cooked very good and absolutely excellent service from Janet.
