I'm 47 so I've been to many Hardees restaurants in my life and do I've grown accustomed to having to wait for my food. Often times 15 to 20 min or so. I did a mobile order here and I went through the drive through about 5 min before my estimated pick up time and I let her know and she said that's ok pull around baby. I get to the window because there was no one in front of me and she already had my order and handed it to me. Maybe it was fast because they weren't busy or because they were grown mature adults. Either way I don't care lol. This was my 1st time visiting there so I'm giving them 5 stars.

If I could put 0 stars I entirely would. I went in there today and asked the staff to customize my order for me as I was ordering at the counter. The attitude coming from management was astronomical and the service was bad. I walked in there and the floor was dirty the tables were sticky. I just don’t recommend this Hardee’s if you want a decent customer experience.

Got 2 steak on light biscuits. Oh, boy were they good. They're a little overdone for me if I don't ask for light biscuits. And the hash browns were hot and cooked just right. Best breakfast I've had at Hardee's in a long time, because I USED to go to the one on Rt 10 and Old Stage road. That one way overlooks the biscuits. And the omelet has meat that's fatty or grisly, like it's the leftover trash pieces from the meat they cooked. No Bueno!

Food was cooked in a microwave and it still took 10 minutes to make. And fries were cold. Never smiled I was the only one in the lobby and had to wait 10 minutes for the food that was cold and microwaved. What happened

Slow as molasses! took me some time to get there. Once I got there it took them 15 minutes as the order wasn’t even started until I got there. Never again! Believe the ratings.

Drive through is quick service good overall great place
Foul demeanor and unprofessional. This can't be the correct serving, either. Peach shake was $4.59 for a 12oz cup that's not even close to full.

I was gonna get lunch here today which is usually fine, but when I walked in and checked the bathrooms I walked away with a little bit of a scrunch on my face, nothing crazy just disappointed because they were both unusable I checked both because of urgency but didn’t make it an issue other than having a disappointed expression on my face, and this young girl goes “Uhh do you know how to read?” talking about the out of order sign on the women’s bathroom… and then walks out of the store to sit in her friends lap parked outside, I ended up leaving instead of defending myself and then was subjected to witnessing their childish PDA after being insulted for no reason. I’m not an entitled customer type... I remember what it’s like to be an underpaid crew member and I’m a former fast food manager too. Food is fine, but I’d recommend the drive-through if you eat here because the crew members are trashy and rude.
