Food was cooked in a microwave and it still took 10 minutes to make. And fries were cold. Never smiled I was the only one in the lobby and had to wait 10 minutes for the food that was cold and microwaved. What happened

I was gonna get lunch here today which is usually fine, but when I walked in and checked the bathrooms I walked away with a little bit of a scrunch on my face, nothing crazy just disappointed because they were both unusable I checked both because of urgency but didn’t make it an issue other than having a disappointed expression on my face, and this young girl goes “Uhh do you know how to read?” talking about the out of order sign on the women’s bathroom… and then walks out of the store to sit in her friends lap parked outside, I ended up leaving instead of defending myself and then was subjected to witnessing their childish PDA after being insulted for no reason. I’m not an entitled customer type... I remember what it’s like to be an underpaid crew member and I’m a former fast food manager too. Food is fine, but I’d recommend the drive-through if you eat here because the crew members are trashy and rude.

The whole restaurant was dirty and covered in garbage and human feces. Left shortly after stepping into the restaurant. Staff walking around in the empty restaurant talking loudly on phones. Amazed it isn't shut down.

NO GO THERE lol update I have not been back for 2 years I go there today and I asked for BBQ sauce guess what that will be .28 cent lol I will save you some money BY NEVER EATING AT THAT HARDEE'S AGAIN...WENDYS IT IS!! The whole point of fast food is it's fast food, right? So why did it take me 20 minutes to receive my food through drive through and then had to go back inside to get it corrected? Because I was missing half of my meal.

I have never had a hot breakfast sandwich from this hardees in the 4 years I've been living here. The food is barely warm at best, I try and give them. Chances because it's convenient for me, I live close, but they drop the ball every time. Bad service and cold food, that sums up this location in downtown hopewell!

Take out The people who work here are a joke. They forgot to charge for fries and drink refused to add it at the window and sent us BACK around to the drive through line. They also forgot our ranch that we paid for told them and the lady just said “ huh huh “ and threw only one when we paid for two. It wasn’t worth the fight at that point since nobody there listens.
