First time at this McDonald’s.Ordered a small iced coffee with extra caramel and cream. I got a plain iced coffee in a small cup- not medium. With only cream. No flavor at all.I went back after church to ask for a different drink instead or a refund and the manager I spoke to was very disrespectful about the situation.Nobody there says have a good day or thank you.I’ve worked at multiple McDonald’s over the years and this customer service was trash. Unbelievable.

This morning I went through the drive thru and nobody answered. I sat there and waited, still no answer. I drive up to the window and see 2 workers standing there talking and I can hear the alert that someone was in the drive thru. They purposely ignored the alert, so they can finish talking. Fast food workers cried for a raise, they get one and are still lazy.

Anyone with a brain knows McDonald's ain't no place to feed off of! The food isn't natural and contains God knows what! Onkmly stop here for the pineapple mango smoothie which they say contains real fruit. So they say??? Well till I find out otherwise it is the only menu item you'll see me get from McDonald's period!

Horrible drive thru service. The African American girl with glasses and short cut was horribly rude and ultimately asked me well what do you want?! A manager which was a heavy Caucasian woman who was also mean and nasty as well. They are very rude and get upset because you have to tell them about theirselves. Stop treating customers like we aren’t the ones keeping the place open and like you don’t even want us to come there. This location is horrible
The WORST Customer Service ever!! I placed a mobile order and sent someone to pick it up. To my disappointment they informed my friend that although I've PAID for my food, the mobile order follows the phone and I had to be there to get it. Major inconvenience! So I waste gas to go pick it up and the morons behind the counter could not find the order. The so called "Manager" tells me that the order timed out and I would have to reorder it...mind you, I'd already been charged $14.08. There was NO compassion or even an attempt to correct the situation and just make the order since I was there. I have never felt so offended but it further enforces why I choose NOT to frequent McDonald's. The whole experience is not even worth stomach ache the food gives you!

Ordered curbside through the mobile app. Ended up having to go inside. I ordered a sprite and received water. Nobody works the front counter anymore. An elder gentleman at an ordering kiosk needed help using it and wanted to do a cash order but he was blatantly ignored at first when trying to ask for assistance. Customer service could have been better today. But I still love McDonald’s fries ? and crispy chicken nuggets.

Service at this restaurant has significantly evolved. More dedicated service, friendly staff, Mc Donald's app is a great tool.I used to avoid McDonald's, preferred Chick fill A instead, just for the customer service. I'm glad to know other fast food restaurants are upgrading their overall customer experience.
