This place was okay until I placed a order and was suppose to get my food but no I waited a hour called them to ask about my status on my order of course got put on hold then hung up and called back asked about my order they said hey sorry but my driver couldn’t find the place soo I want to know why wasn’t I told. Yeaa not okay !!

Everytime I order online and pay for extra dipping sauce I never get it so tonight I called cause sick being charged for dipping sauces I never received manager too lazy to take my information put me on hold to go get a paper and pen only not to have a pen at this time I'm fed up I will go to another papa johns lack of care for customers just bad they need to do better on top of that a 2 hour wait!

The employee Monica did an amazing job and definitely filled my stomach with an amazing pizza, by far the best one I've had yet and I've eaten papa John's for well over a year and a half now. She deserves a raise in my opinion

I ordered the Doritos/chicken special they had (with bacon) and sausage breadsticks. The breadsticks literally had only 5 pieces of meat of them, bacon was never included with my meal. Let me not forget that they are stingy with the meat! It was more of a flatbread with cheese. I’m highly disappointed

The pizza and breadsticks were OK, the boneless wings were over sauced and soggy. The place is pretty run down and in need of some maintenance and cleaning. The employees were nice though.All considered it was just so-so.

Better to have it delivered to you when you say 45 minutes expect an 1.5 hrs. when you go to pick it up and it says 20 minutes. 45 minutes to an hour. Didn't acknowledge nobody coming in and very disorganized two managers barking orders and not even helping lower employees lead by example must not be in their slogan

My food was hot and fresh. The honey chipotle wings we great and had plenty of meat on them. Can't go wrong with the garlic parmesan breadsticks. I ordered a chicken bbq pizza and it was great. Friend ordered a Italian meats Papa Bowl and that was good too. Then, just like the garlic parm sticks, you can't go wrong with the brownie.Also the customer service is top notch. Even if a problem does arise the GM Cindy is sure to take care of you.

It's been a long time since I have had Papa johns pizza, like when the creator was still ceo. It has changed, and for the worst! The pizza was sweet, and the garlic dipping sauce was like mayonnaise with no flavor. That's the last time for me! Back to little Caesars!
