Until recent years, I had not been to a Rosa's since the '80s! Recently we discovered that they served breakfast until 2:00 p.m. And you could get lunch at the same time. That serves us very well! So when we're in town, roses is definitely the spot. Today I had a tuna sub and G had a Spanish omelette. Both were just great! I don't think I'll ever go back to Subway for a tuna sub or any sub really. They have another sub with five in the name but is really really good! And they have a drive-thru. I also love their stuffed shells. And the servers are always attentive.

Service is incredible. My son mentioned that he was very thirsty and the waitress came back 4 times to refill his tea! Everything was very fresh ingredients and reasonable prices.

A family favorite! I'm the third generation in my family to eat at this local restaurant. The owners are like family, the atmosphere is intimate, and the food is delicious.

I am highly disappointed with my recent order. For the price I paid, I expected authentic Italian food, but the quality was completely unacceptable.
Here is what went wrong:
Chicken Francese: The pasta was way too thick.
Lasagna: Terrible execution. It looked like someone just slapped pasta, sauce, and a melted block of mozzarella on top.
Steak and Cheese Hoagie: Absolutely terrible.
This meal was definitely not worth the money. I expect a much higher standard for these prices.

Some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had. I came here multiple times while working in the Petersburg area, and after being disappointed by several other restaurants in both food and service, I was relieved to find this place.

Everything I tried was excellent. The pizza was outstanding, the pasta was fresh and flavorful, and the desserts were the perfect finish to every meal. Honestly, it’s hard to go wrong with anything on the menu.

What really sets this restaurant apart, though, is the atmosphere and service. The staff made every visit feel welcoming and personal, creating a genuine family style dining experience that kept me coming back. If you’re anywhere near Petersburg and want some good Italian food with great service, this place is absolutely worth visiting.

I loved it. Felt like home sitting down in the solarium. I enjoyed the atmosphere our waitress and the food. I went for breakfast with my husband and the food was great homemade on the grill and hot. One of my favorite parts was their spiced apple. They tasted just like warmth and christmas. Reminded me of simpler times. I cant wait to have them again.

Ordered the Abbondaza Alfredo pizza. Crust was mediocre, flavor was LACKING. The pizza *needed salt*. We hardly noticed the alfredo sauce, so it was probably not house made, or they didn't apply enough. This was a remarkably unsatisfying pizza that neither of us found satisfactory.
