Until recent years, I had not been to a Rosa's since the '80s! Recently we discovered that they served breakfast until 2:00 p.m. And you could get lunch at the same time. That serves us very well! Some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had. I came here multiple times while working in the Petersburg area, and after being disappointed by several other restaurants in both food and service, I was relieved to find this place.

Everything I tried was excellent. The pizza was outstanding, the pasta was fresh and flavorful, and the desserts were the perfect finish to every meal. Honestly, it’s hard to go wrong with anything on the menu.

I loved it. Felt like home sitting down in the solarium. I enjoyed the atmosphere our waitress and the food. I went for breakfast with my husband and the food was great homemade on the grill and hot. One of my favorite parts was their spiced apple. They tasted just like warmth and christmas. Reminded me of simpler times. I cant wait to have them again.
