Service is very very slow. Went twice and thinking the second visit would be different since it was a Sunday. One server who was working both the bar and the floor. A manager never paid a visit to the table. Experience was less than stellar. If this is a corporate store they definitely need to get this store under control especially since this is located near a major military base.I will give the food 4 stars since the good wasn't the problem.The service will get 1 starAnd the atmosphere gets 2 because the floors were not all that clean and it wasn't busy at all.

We really want businesses to thrive in Hopewell and we have given this place literally 3 or 4 chances. Getting service at here is like winning the lottery. 3 servers running around for 5 guests and we still did not get service so we left....again! This was the last time we came. The management of this place definitely needs schooling or replacement. You may take my good advice...I have a degree in hotel/restaurant management

Where to even start. I did a pick up and it was crazy. There was like 4 fries, they forgot a burger, and I wanted loaded fries and got four fry covered in cheese. Like come on. And I tipped!

Good steak for the price with a quality salad bar to match. Why go to more expensive places to get a steak and no salad bar!? I'm usually turned off by chain restaurants, but Ruby Tuesdays is by far the best value of them all.

The music being played via a Bluetooth speaker behind the bar was Vulgar and Very unprofessional. So much so that I had to ask them to turn it down. It was a Friday afternoon and the place was very empty. The food wasn't the best and the Iced Tea was beyond sweet.

This was RT as we remembered it. Came upon it by accident and,since our RT closed 20 years ago and we hadn't ever seen one since, we went. The decor, down to the floor tiles and lamps, was exactly as we remembered. The salad bar was pretty much the same but there was no fresh spinach although there were a few extra toppings which I didn't recall from days gone by. The menu was extensive, service was friendly and portions were HUGE. We got 3 servings out of the chicken parm dinner. The baked potato must have weighed close to one pound. The skin could have been a bit more crisp but it was good. If we pass that way again, we will dine at RT again.

My two friends and I had lunch at the Ruby Tuesday at the Hopewell restaurant. Every thing was real good until we ordered a dessert. The Waiter brought it to us late and brought it in separate dishes and was supposed to be one dish Funnel Cake Sundae. We were really disappointed with our dessert.

It's a great place for great food. Quick seating and service. A bargain in today's economy.
