We were fortunate enough to get some excellent advice from Matthew Robertson (assistant dining manager) who recommended we sit in the corner table by the windows. He was right! The view was absolutely amazing, overlooking the twinkle lights glimmering on the snow. Dakota was our server and he was amazing! He remembered everyone's names, was personable, responsive and very knowledgeable about the menu. We had an amazing meal and will absolutely be back!
This was a celebration dinner for my husband's birthday, and our waiter Dakota was phenomenal for the evening as was generally all of the staff at the resort during our stay. I would generally say we enjoyed our impromptu meal in the Taproom adjacent to the dining room much more the evening prior. Both meals there were amazing. By contrast the dining room in the restaurant was hot with thick smoky air from the grilles (to the point my eyes were burning by the end of our meal),...
The Jefferson Restaurant was one of the nicer venues on the Omni Homestead properties. You do need reservations.
