Just returned from the VAA Conference at The Omni Homestead Resort and had to give a HUGE shoutout to the valet staff đź‘Ź
I’m the owner of G&C Tire and Auto Service and brought one of my team members along in our two Teslas—a Model 3 and a Model Y. Not only did the valet team know exactly what to do, but they also tagged our Tesla key cards, noted the arrival battery level, and made sure both cars were fully charged before we left. That’s what I call next-level service!

We had a fantastic time during our 4 night stay. An unexpected highlight was the guided Gorge hike by Brian La Fountain. He is a naturalist, entertainer, and all around amazing person. My husband, I, and two tween/teen boys were thoroughly entertained and educated about the area! We loved breakfast at Audubon and so many other activities, but the hike was amazing and doesn’t get enough attention/praise!!!! Highly recommend making this a must do on your trip!
There were so many exceptional associates. From the many emails with Amber Coulter, who helped ensure our stay was perfect, to the warm heartfelt Welcome at the beginning and Goodbye at the end of our stay from Miguel. Let me point out to you the Associates that stood out.
