Prices are high. Quality of food is also high. Server was very nice and pleasant and helpful. We had a reservation for two and they tried to sit us on the way back near the exit. We requested a window table four top and they said we could not sit there. Shortly after, they seated another couple at that table. Felt discriminated against. Otherwise a fine resort restaurant.
High priced but excellent food and service. Ambiance of the Homestead is outstanding. Have eaten here before and will do so again.
I got the NY strip and house made onion rings. It was cooked perfectly and delicious. Our server was outstanding and the beautiful window view made it even more special
Wonderful experience for dinner at the Jefferson! We celebrated a birthday and 20 year anniversary and our server Amber made it really special. She was very friendly and attentive. I had the blue cheese wedge, filet mignon with Bernie and blue cheese crumbles and mashed potatoes. It was exceptional! My partner had the farro risotto with shrimp and the crab bisque which was also really good. We highly recommend dinner here!
We've had mixed experiences here in the past but the service and food on this visit were phenomenal. The watermelon salad special was a highlight. Also good to see a selection of Virginia wine bottles at reasonable price points.
Service was uneven and we had to wait a long time for our main courses. Also, it was extremely loud in there. But, the food was absolutely delicious.
Exellent Dining Experience. Customer service was outstanding and the Kitchen Team was at their best. Thank you to all for their efforts in making this celebration memorable.
Our food was delicious and our server Dakota was fantastic and attentive. Couldn't ask for a better date night with my husband.
Great food and our waiter, Chip, did an excellent job. We started with oysters and Appalachian onion soup. My wife had the shrimp & grits while I enjoyed a perfectly cooked medium rare filet. We ended the evening with some delicious creme brule. I highly recommend this restaurant.
ALL Staff were very attentive. We ordered many of the menu items to share and each on was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared and the presentation was beautiful. Slight delay with getting our cocktails, but the manager came and talked us through any concerns. Made us feel very special. That was the plan for this girls vacation.

Our waiter, Chip, was very responsive and knowledgeable about the menu and what could be made Gluten Free. He made excellent recommendations! The Waygu steak was amazing and we enjoyed the voice of shareable sides.
We had a phenomenal meal in the wine room at Jefferson's. The service was impeccable. The steaks were great quality and cooked perfectly.
Professional service. Business dinner. We Both had the Filet Mignon which was fantastic. Sides of garlic mashed Yukon potatoes and creamed spinach.
$70 for Lamb basically, medium rare came medium to well at first. COmplained then :15 later it came rare. Both cuts were not $70 cuts of Lamb. Other things were good but chef was not competent that night at least.
The best coffee town!
