We had such a wonderful dinner at Jefferson's! Alex was our server and from the moment we sat down he made sure we will well taken care of. We had the most beautiful view in the windows overlooking the lawn and mountains. The menu and chef are spectacular! We had the crispy lobster and French Onion and Crab soups to start which were perfectly prepared and flavorful and each had various mains. My husband was raving about the veal ragu and I had the filet with crispy Brussels...
Actually was not expecting food to be as good as it was! Casual dining. I ordered Shrimp/Grits and that can be very iffy. Surprise but it was sooo good. Others loved their Pork Chops and side dishes were also scrumptious. For casual dining in a hotel I was pleasantly surprised.
