As a wedding photographer, Castle Hill Cider is one of our favorite Charlottesville area wedding venues! The grounds are so photogenic, the space can be designed endless ways, it's suitable for large events, and there's ample rain plans for weddings of any size. It's a photographer's dream!

Castle Hill was the PERFECT venue for our wedding day! I always dreamed of getting married in the mountains in the fall — and WOW did the foliage deliver. Weeks after our wedding, our friends and family are still telling us how pretty everything was. The space itself is incredible. I got ready at the venue with my bridesmaids and the bridal suite was amazing. We had enough room to spread out comfortably and for 4 hair/makeup artists to set up. We also chose Castle Hill because they had a great “rain plan” ceremony option — which would be in the loft. Highly recommend!

We saw the advertisement on the place. We decided to come to the tasting. The place in his picture looks wonderful. We drove over 200 miles. About 50 miles of them especially. And to our great regret and disappointment. The place is closed for private events. One of the owners, or those in charge, arrived and did not even give us the opportunity to walk around and see the place. Irresponsibility to leave an invitation to the place on Google

Dropping the news like that that people can't visit unless they have 10 or more, deleting and limiting comments on social media. A 1 star job. Changing the business model...this property sounds like it will be for sale soon. We used to recommend your place and were some of the first Club members a while back.

We had our wedding at Castle Hill! I love their cider! Josephine, Rob, Jenni, and Taylor were amazing to work with! Taylor stayed the night of the wedding and was so nice and accommodating!

Best cidery I’ve ever tried. All of their ciders are delicious, especially their infused flight selections. Their food items are also delicious and the location/vibe is amazing as well. A great date spot, girls trip or even if you’re seeking a venue for a special occasion.

Heavenly views. architecture and design, especially of the outside space is BEAUTIFUL and classy.Only complaint is that since the event ended after dark, there was no lighting to my car. Also it rained heavily during the event and I had to cross the dirt drive to the parking area so there was no way to avoid the mud ?
