Ate at Anna's last week. The 3.9 rating was concerning. We were pleasantly surprised. Staff was extra nice. The pizza was great. Give them a chance.

Subs and pizzas are good. Staff is nice. I always ask for Branden to wait on me when I go there. That kid is quick on service.

I called Wednesday night to find out if the pizzas were on special. The boy that answered the phone said yes, why? I said because I was going to place an order and hung up. This place customer service is awful. They could really learn a lot about professionalism.

Anna’s Italian Restaurant is a true local gem. The pizza, subs, and meals are consistently delicious, and the service is always terrific. What really sets this place apart, though, is the care behind it — if there’s ever a problem, Andrea and his wife genuinely aim to please and make things right. Customer satisfaction clearly matters to them, and it shows. Highly recommend!

Went there for lunch with a group of coworkers. Staff provided great service. The pizza was mid. Restaurant had a lot of flies. People were killing them with their menus. The floors were also pretty sticky. The flies and the sticky floors really killed it for me. Probably would’ve given the place a
four because the customer service was so good.

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give zero stars I would!

We expressed to the waitress that our daughter had a food allergy and they assured us they wouldn’t cook the sandwich near seafood/peanuts.
The food came-my husbands was cold and looked unappealing. I ordered the spaghetti and it tasted like spaghetti o’s in a can. I was so disgusted I couldn’t eat it. My daughter said hers tasted fine. We let the waitress know that the food wasn’t good. She seemed disinterested and didn’t take anything off the ticket.
$60 meal and 30 min later, we had to call an ambulance because my daughter was having a reaction!
We should’ve know that since it was a Saturday and no one was really in the restaurant it was a sign to leave.
This place needs to shut down and if I knew Robert Irvine-I would send him to tell them how terrible it was. Save your life and avoid this place at all costs!!

Had party of 8 tonight. Would've been nice if we all got our food at the same time. People who got subs got their food 10 minutes before those who ordered pizzas. Didn't want to eat until
everyone was served. Also ordered 2 orders of garlic sticks but got 2nd order after meal was served. Ordered a sub to go but no chips. One cheese pizza with half pineapple but got onions instead. Waitress said she heard onions but never offered to exchange it. Could've been better . Don't think we'll be back. Restaurant wasn't crowded .

Great food! A favorite visit when in Kilmarnock. Booths are a little dated and worn but not there for comfort, we always come for the great food. Meatballs are delicious, pizza was a smidge undercooked but tasted wonderful.

The service was good. My food was not so good. To be called an Italian restaurant. I order spaghetti with meat sauce. The spaghetti was just pasta with pizza sauce and no taste. And were is the real cheese you grate on top of the pasta. Just sad! But they gave you lots of it, I left about 16oz of sauce on the plate. I hate throwing food away so im taking it home to put some seasoning in it. My husband said his Stromboli was good. The salad was a plate full of lettuce.

The pizza looks great but it has a taste that feels like chlorine I was pretty excited to tried it but I was disappointed when I had my first bite. I love to eat local but this is a no 👎 I bought two pizzas I feel bad cuz I don’t like wasting food but I won’t eat it
