Service sucks takes hours for food. Food is great but the wait is ridiculous and forget about takeout. Call right when they open and they tell you we can't take anymore takeout

I regret not dinning in. The Pad Thai and Calamari was great. The atmosphere was very inviting and servers were on point monday night, I wish I got there names. I've been to at least 50 Thai restaurants on the east coast. Chao Phraya is in my top 10. It's obvious this restaurant in a small town takes pride in what they do. Thanks, I'll be Back!

We ordered takeout so I can't rate the atmosphere too much, but for the amount that we paid for just two dishes, the amount of time we waited, and the quality of the food we received, I'm glad we were only passing through the area because we won't be back.

No more done trying.Tried take out 7 times in 3 months. Call to order and the phone is either off the hook or just rings. Once, I actually got someone after trying for 30 minutes since opening. Have to order as soon as they open or you will never get through or you won’t be able to order the full menu. The other time someone picked up the phone, it was 8 minutes of waiting followed being hung up on then never able to get through.Tried eating in 4 times in 3 months. 3/4 the “chief” wasn’t in, not sick, just not in so limited menu. The 4th time it was 1.5 hour wait for anything. Got there 5 minutes after they opened. Three small (less than 4 people per table) tables, and it was still going to be at least 45 min and no to go orders were even in yet. 2/4 tables still were looking at menus.Last time I ate here it was so good and honestly was some of the best Thai I have had, and would eat here once or twice a month. I even brought the parents out because they never had Thai before and loved it. No clue if the food is still good or not…. Haven’t been able to try it in a long time.

The is such a hidden gem. The sushi was super fresh and the presentation was beautiful. The Goong Houm Pa was crispy and flavorful as well. The green curry was cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of spice. The waitstaff were very friendly and attentive. Photos from Thailand decorated the walls and added to the ambiance. I would recommend going if you're in the area or nearby.

We would love to come here more often, as the food is excellent; however, the wait time and service often makes it impossible to dine. I really wish them well in their efforts to find help, because the food and atmosphere are wonderful.Dietary restrictions: Great vegetarian options. Good curry dishes.

Incredible sushi for the middle of nowhere. Lovely service. Ordered a rather complicated drink, and waitress handled it well. Just go. Came on a Monday night. Order more.

Waited over 20 mins at a table and no one bothered to greet us, bring us water, nothing. Left and passed by staff who still said nothing. Terrible service. It was only 6:20. No where near closing. We ordered Chinese take out while at the table and were eating in less time than it took for us to give up on getting service here.

We are local and have tried eat here many times. Of those times, we only stay about 1/2 of the time because of the wait (now, they do tell you that it is about a 1-1.5 hour wait for sushi when you walk in). Yesterday we called to place a take-out order - although plans changed from when we called until when we arrived. Thus, when we got there, we told them that we planned to eat our food there - not well received, although they did seat us. After we sat at the table for 20+ minutes (with no service or greeting), I did grab the owner and pointed out that we placed a takeout order (over an hour ago at this point), and that it was probably "sitting right there" (pointing at Sushi bar) if he would only bring it over (we had been watching our completed order the entire time). He was not pleased.... he did grab our food, and literally dropped it on our table with no words, or eye contact. We were then flatly ignored for about 40 minutes. The couple next to us were amazed at how completely the wait staff ignored us. I had to grab a staff person to ask for more Soy Sauce and our bill (we really did wish to pay). The food is pretty good, but the service and attitudes leave much to be desired. Is decent food worth being treated badly? As I get older, my answer is "No". Thus, the reason for the low review. In the future, if we want Sushi, we will make the drive to Gloucester. If you value your time and appreciate reasonable service, I would suggest that others do the same.
