I had the Italian panini and it was great. Fries were hot and crisp but just not that tasty.

This is a 3 star diner. It doesn't have valet parking or fancy decor or a menu that is extraordinary. It's a 3 star diner. The place is clean and the food is basic. The service is standard courteous/friendly service. I think it's expensive for what is offered compared to other diners I've been to. I was not surprised at the 3% surcharge for credit cards (not debit cards) nor was I surprised at the mandatory gratuity for the large group. I was surprised at the automatic 22% gratuity rather than the normal 20%. I wouldn't drive out of my way to come back.

We had dinner at Donna's and enjoyed the fried chicken dinner, green beans and mac & cheese. It was really hot and freshly cooked. We will return again in the future.

The food was fine. The day we visited they were very under-staffed. The waitress that was there worked her tail off to serve us and did so with smile kn her face. I would go back hoping they can get more help.

Four of us stopped in for a late lunch. The bartender was quite funny, and our drinks came quickly. The food was great, except for the overcooked broccoli. Duggy's fried chicken was awesome, as was the barbecued pulled pork. My wife loved her portobello burger. The sweet potato fries and mac/cheese sides were delicious. The service was slow even though the place was nearly empty. But our waitress was very nice and helpful. It's a bit of a run down place, but clean and reasonably comfortable. Go for great food and drinks!!

Dined here for lunch with my daughter & toddler grandchild on 11/30/24 and we were excited to try it but left feeling very disappointed. The restaurant was cute but so cold inside. Both my daughter & I actually prefer it cool but even for us it was so uncomfortably cold. We had a waiter who barely spoke and had to ask twice for a booster seat. Daughter was given a flat soda so asked for a sweet tea instead, which was overly sweet. The food took a long time despite the fact that there were only a few tables. We would've been ok with the wait except that the food arrived cold and wasn't that good. I got crabcakes, a potato & greens. The greens were good but very small portion for the price charged. My daughter got a hamburger. (No appetizers or dessert.) Our meals cost $80 which is high based on the quality and portion sizes. I doubt I'll go back.

I recently moved to the area (up near the Crab Shack), so I went looking for a place to get a bite to eat. Saw Donna's, it was open, and had a great meal for a reasonable price. That was two months ago. I've been back seven or eight times since. Think I'll go tonight!
