Chitterchats Second Scoop is a cute store and a “must do” stop on Kilmarnock’s Main Street. Known for its many ice cream flavors, shakes, hot lattes, espresso, and delicious hot chocolate, it is kid-friendly and offers friendly, attentive service. Street parking and free parking lots are nearby. The store closes mid-December and reopens in March or April.
