The employee in the drive through window was not wearing a mask nor would she put it on after request, stating that customers wouldn't be able to hear her speak. The manager came over to talk to me, she was wearing her mask below her nose. She was sarcastic and literally rolled her eyes at me. I told her my concern and after she told me that she would have the employees wear their masks I pulled over to eat the food I had just bought. I order a cheese burger happy meal. For my grand son. An a double cheese burger an small fry for myself. Our burgers an fries were cold. This place has really gone down hill. An very fast! Debated on going to the new Wendy's. Right next door but the line circled the building. An the parking lot was full. Next time my choice will be Wendy's! No matter how busy they are!
