Whoever owns this establishment needs to do random pop up visits. Sometimes you have people who pay attention and actually act like you're there. Other times you sit there for 10 mins while 5 people talk and stand around with no other customers in store or in drive-thru. I have only used the drive thru at this location. We've visited three times and each experience has been disappointing. For a purchase in November, they charged my credit card twice for the same purchase. I didn't realize this until I received my credit card statement. I called the franchise directly to try to resolve this matter, but no one ever answers the phone. I submitted a complaint online through the DQ website and am STILL awaiting a resolution.
