We hadn't been to a DQ in ages. What impressed me was that an employee overheard my husband talking at our table about having a little too much sauce on his burger and she politely offered to make it again. We weren't expecting this and appreciate that level of service. We didn't take up her offer, but it shows real customer care.
Food was hot & seasoned well, wait was longer than expected with only two vehicles ahead of me, & the two additional items (tartar sauce & honey mustard) were not given to me after asking immediately before my food was given to me at the window.
Would have preferred to give 2.5 stars since only half my visits are ever successful. Was a good place when it opened but it has gone seriously down hill. I only get ice cream there as I prefer other places for food. They get my order wrong 50% of the time and the service sucks. I ordered a milkshake a couple weeks ago and when I got to the window he said it was gonna be more than I typically pay. I assumed prices went up. Checked my receipt and they charged for mix ins I didn't...
