Beautiful winery and fantastic friendly service. My wife and I stopped in and we're glad we did. Very welcoming and kind. Very helpful with any questions or recommendations. The wine was great, we got a tasting and enjoyed every single one. The Riesling and apple sangria were especially good
If you are ever in the area I highly recommend stopping in at the Backporch Vineyard. The staff was amazing. They had tons of options for seating, and plenty of room for children to run and play. We ended up buying several bottles of the Petit Verdot and the Rose. The sangrias were the best I’ve had anywhere!
Absolutely best stop of our vacation! While staying at Colonial Beach we visited local wineries. After stopping at Backporch the others aren't even worth mentioning!
