A great stop while traveling in the area. Freshly made and delicious. I quite enjoyed the whole cashews hot from the pan and a chicken that wasn't fried. Fresh veggies, sauce not too sweet, garlic great. The portions were neither excessive nor too small; a nice lunch. They have seating inside and also pack everything to go. Glad to have a thai tea for the road!

Absolutely love this place. It can be a bit of wait for the food, but thats because it's popular and the food is SO GOOD. It's worth waiting for, just plan for that. I've tried Pad Thai from a few different places, and Dahlgren Thai is the best! They're Thai tea is also amazing.

I’ve been to many Thai food spots but Dahlgren Thai never disappoints! A hidden gem in King George and my absolute favorite spot to get food! The ladies are always super sweet, if I could give this place more stars I would!
Ordered some food online for takeout. 2 ladies were cooking in the kitchen making everything fresh from what I can tell when I entered the restaurant. The food wasn’t the overly sweet American Thai food. There was enough heat to be enjoyable but not overwhelming spicy.

very kind thai woman at the front greeted us and had a pleasant conversation about thailand and cambodia. the food was great and ready in about 10 minutes. they have a soda cooler and offer sanpelagrino 😉 we had the pad thai
