Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is by far the worst run chipotle on the planet. Every time I give it another chance I am reminded why I don't go here. The proteins tonight looked horrible. My kid took one bite of the chicken and spit it out. No straws. No idea how it is still open for business.

AVOID KING GEORGE LOCATION I didn't think much of it being empty Friday afternoon, but I should've. I ordered a chicken burrito and got a burrito with every meat in it including PORK🤮 I didn't know I should've watched burrito being made

King George Virginia chipotle’s meals have no flavor, chips are stale and music is too loud.

Way better than it used to be. Staff cared about food, portion was nice, tasted fresh. The line was the cleanest I’ve seen any fast food restaurant in my life. I used to avoid this place, now it’s my go to. Thank you!

I just had to share a little experience I had on my way back home from South Carolina to New Jersey. After a long 6-hour drive, my husband and kids decided to stop at the Chipotle in King George, VA. I have to be honest I wasn't thrilled because I never had a good experience and I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door. I immediately noticed the floor, tables and kitchen was clean! It was clear that the manager on duty at 3:30 PM was really on top of things, and that made a huge difference.

The staff was friendly and moved quickly—my order was taken with a smile, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The restaurant was well-lit, which is a nice change from some of the dimly lit Chipotles I’ve been to before.

Overall, this Chipotle really nailed it! It’s easy to overlook fast food spots, but this one truly stands out. Hats off to the team there for doing such a great job!

Spent 35 mins in the drive through. Restaurant had been amazing for over a year and now my last 3 trips, every single one an issue... one time my kids just getting bare tortilla shells in their kids meals... and it was both of them. I think they must be training new staff, but it will be a while before I go back after being burned 3 times straight!

Google says they are open until 11:00pm. We came in at 9:50, the employees were cleaning everything to prep for closing and they were out of chips and salad dressing.

This is the second time ive been to your location and had poor service. Was not told that there was no guacamole until the end of the bowl and they were out of various items. Gave us half portions and were charged the same. The service was substandard. When youre out of your staple product such as guac, you should tell people before they order. When you voice your displeasure, they smile and say oh sorry, and keep moving forward. I just paid $25 for two half bowls which is ridiculous. Highly suggest people do not go there. Ill drive the extra miles to fredericksburg if i want chipotle.

Gave 3 stars for the only girl in there busting her butt. Everyone else staring at the ceiling doing nothing.

Came to grab lunch with coworkers. Coworker accidentally submitted a pickup time of 11:10 instead of 10:50 like mine. Staff made her wait for 20+ minutes while they’re making other orders for people that haven’t arrived yet. Not to mention, all she ordered was 1 taco. Poor customer service.

I don't understand the hate, Ive had this chipotle at least 3 times in the last month and have not had a single issue for mobile orders or dining in.

Portions are good, food is fresh, customer service is great.
