Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came to grab lunch with coworkers. Coworker accidentally submitted a pickup time of 11:10 instead of 10:50 like mine. Staff made her wait for 20+ minutes while they’re making other orders for people that haven’t arrived yet. Not to mention, all she ordered was 1 taco. Poor customer service.

I don't understand the hate, Ive had this chipotle at least 3 times in the last month and have not had a single issue for mobile orders or dining in.

Portions are good, food is fresh, customer service is great.

This place is hit or miss. Tonight I was told by the app it'd be ready at 7:00 and at 7:03 was notified it was ready. We pull up to the window to be told it's not ready, they're waiting on the steak. After a 20 minute wait for the steak we receive our order, minus the chips. We turn around and return for the chips. We get home and neither bowl had steak in it and the portion size was ridiculously small for what I paid. Learn from my mistake and make sure you check your food before you leave.

Worst chipotle

If you live in king george/dahlgren, drive 30 min to la plata or 45 min to friedricksburgh if you want chipotle. I will never go to this one again, we've tried it several times and every time its disappointing, they dont give you the same amount of food as other chipotles especially the meat, everything tastes like its been sitting for a while, the chips are always stale and the soda machine never works. Worst chipotle, don't waste your money.

There is always an issue at this location. One time, they only had spoons for utensils, another time no veggies or chicken, and ALWAYS skimpy on the meats. They won’t even do a complete spoonful. The service is poor with employees with bad communication and attitudes. Not acceptable when my bill is $60+ for the family.

Every time I go in this Chipotle the quality just continues to go down. From not listening to the order and adding something you didn't ask for. Now barley putting anything in your bowl trying to stretch what they have left. Over paying for the amount we get now. Might be making the trip to a different one from now on.

Consistently out of multiple things on the line, not in any rush to keep options topped up during lunch peak and keeps fajitas/steak on the line way to long without replacing

Don't use the Chipotlane. I have been sitting here waiting for someone to come to the window for over 20 minutes. That's really crappy I don't get long for lunch and I expect to get food at the time the app says. It doesn't take much to just hand over a bag of food to a dude through a window.

After all that I get to eat crunchy rice and a 1/3rd filled burrito that wasn't even made to my order. Terrible.

Major portion control at this particular chipotle. I just ordered a burrito there and spent $23 on the meal referenced in the pictures attached. You tell me if that's worth the price

This is the worst chipotle. They never fill up the bowls properly. You barely get any of the protein you choose. The beans always look dried out. They are out of stuff all the time. The inside is always dirty looking. My husband has found a hair in his food before. We keep going back thinking maybe they are having an off day… but it’s a disappointment every single time. I wish someone would try to improve this location.

The dinning area was very dirty. Service was very slow when it was time to checkout. Person was taking care of online orders and checking ppl out at the Sametime so it slowed things down. So it took up most of my lunchbreak just trying to pay for my food.

Fantastic customer service, clean welcoming environment, and prompt friendly staff. Each time I visit this Chipotle location I am impressed by their professional and friendly attitude and their commitment their customer's satisfaction! Five stars!

They always are out of everything. Not even at the end of the day. Then they scrape whatever’s left give you a half of bowl and expect you to pay for a full bowl
