Usually don’t come here, but was craving a smoothie. Asked a worker for suggestions and he broke down the menu for me very well. Not sure of his name, lightskin young man with dreads. He was very friendly and patient. While waiting, the other two females coworkers were very unprofessional and using vulgar language during convo. Overall was very satisfied with my order minus the atmosphere.
Cash register tape not printing……no name requested for any order….floors in lobby are not clean. Let me not even discuss the condition of the bathroom…just 1. Would not return, I believe these are franchised locations….this one needs some help. July 3,2023.

At the halfway point on our way to Richmond, we make a habit of stopping at this shopping area. Use the Tropical Smoothie Cafe app to order and pay ahead; come inside when you get there and tell them your name. They have mobile orders stacked behind the counter (THANK YOU! Theft prevention and more hygienic!)--- we have never had to wait. Very clean bathrooms, as well. You CAN travel for hours and still have your favorite smoothie without waiting a long time.
