I just had to share a little experience I had on my way back home from South Carolina to New Jersey. After a long 6-hour drive, my husband and kids decided to stop at the Chipotle in King George, VA. I have to be honest I wasn't thrilled because I never had a good experience and I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door. I immediately noticed the floor, tables and kitchen was clean! It was clear that the manager on duty at 3:30 PM was really on top of things, and...

Spent 35 mins in the drive through. Restaurant had been amazing for over a year and now my last 3 trips, every single one an issue... one time my kids just getting bare tortilla shells in their kids meals... and it was both of them. I think they must be training new staff, but it will be a while before I go back after being burned 3 times straight!
