We made a pit stop at this Dunkin on a road trip back to Maryland. I got a Caramel Crazed Iced Signature Latte and a Strawberry Frosted Donut. The server was very kind, and I received excellent service. If I were local, this would be my go-to Dunkin Donuts.
The guy who got us our donuts and drink was so KIND!!! My brother even remarked “I wanna be that guy’s friend!” Wish we got his name but we need more of him in the world 😊
The lady Gloria at the window this morning on 8-13 was amazing. Great customer service. My drink wasn’t made to my liking , she seen it in my face and asked what could she do to make it better. I wasn’t having a good day , up until her response. Asking what could she do to make it better for me, and wirh a smile on her face. Instantly cheered up my day. Keep it up! And thank you! It’s the little things that mater

Dunkin' is a hit-or-miss experience - the coffee rolls are loved but often unavailable. While the customer service is praised, some orders, like the Avocado & Bacon toast, are missing key ingredients. The use of "what can I get you" is off-putting for some customers, and the sourdough breakfast sandwich is consistently undercooked. Despite these issues, loyal customers enjoy having a Dunkin' nearby and hope for improvements in the future.
