Purchased 2 large pizzas to go for a late dinner. When we got it all the way home with lots of hungry mouths to feed, the bottom of one of the pizzas was raw dough. You could not tell from the top of the pizza because there was so much cheese. We called and the manager refused any refund. They offered for us to drive it back, but it’s late and we don’t live close to the restaurant at all. Very poor customer service. so I'll preface this by saying, my husband and I have both worked in the food industry so we know the struggles and behind the scene stuff that happens at times in restaurants so we tend to be very accommodating when we eat out. it's our son's birthday so we went out for pizza per his request.
