Dropped by for dinner to celebrate Memorial Day and waited at our table for close to 20 minutes. Within that time we were never acknowledged. 2 staff members in Sunni g area and one was attending a large party and the other was just wiping tables. No sorry for delay we’ll be with you soon. Nothing.. I totally understand shirt staffing but a simple hello we’ll be with you as soon as we can. Glad I have a Ledos closer to home .

Io ordered 2 hot honey strombolis. The parm cheese was like eating uncooked rice and sounded like little pellets as it hit your plate be because it was like rice droppings. The ends were so hard you couldn't chew them. Very disappointed.

Focaccia bread is amazing, but you might as well get that then leave. My pasta was cold on top and warm at the bottom of the bowl as if it had been sitting out for a while. My husband’s hot honey pepperoni pizza was bland; how does that even happen with hot honey? My sister in law’s calzone was cafeteria level at best. My son’s Kraft mac and cheese was dry; kind of like how it looks when you leave it in the pot to stay warm but it overcooks. I asked for a water with lemon and didn’t get the lemon, but the table behind us got a water with lemon with no problem.

The pizza isn't any better than frozen from the grocery store. The pretzel is good but I wish they had cheese for it. Our service was very good.

Highly impressed with the service and clean restaurant, very nice dine-in area, Food was hot and fresh, honestly it was better prepared (quality) then the Ledo's in Hagerstown MD where I live. Honestly... every place in the area was very uppity ? even the Walmart was bougie, as if Target and Starbuck's had a child. Lmao ?...... Virginia money ? ?

Parking: Parking is some what convince no street parking
Kid-friendliness: No sure we did take out and took it to our hotel room

Couldn't get past the door-the gross odor of chemical cleaning fluid assaulted my nostrils and I left. No food smells can dissipate that awful smell.
