Best chocolate ever in Virginia. Hand made on the premise candies, cakes, cookies and the chocolate is just so scrumptious. The snappers take me back to my childhood when we had candy sales but it was called katydids. I haven’t seen that since I left NY so it was such a great feeling to taste that chocolate candy again after 25 years. Great place, pricey but worth it.

My favorite candy store! I love the seasonal offerings, especially the fudge! There's always something new to try. If you collect Palm Pals, they have a great selection of them.

I’ve heard much good about Mary’s, as I’ve recently moved to King George. Today my husband and I got four different types of cookies which were all perfectly made. Super soft but cooked thoroughly. Sugar cookies can be harder to make but there’s are absolutely delicious. Their customer service was excellent and I’ve seen reviews complaining about them “bugging” you, asking if you need anything, but if you find that annoying you don’t like good hospitality- sucks....
