I've ordered from here a few times, takeout for 2. Unfortunately the butter chicken which I absolutely love the flavor ,BUT the portion given for the price paid is absolutely ridiculous. The entrée is $19 and both times we've ordered, I received a bowl filled to the brim with sauce and 6 small chunks of chicken. Very disappointing, needless to say I love the butter chicken recipe, but definitely not worth the price being charged. :(
Great service and food was awesome.
First ate here this spring, my first time eating Indian cuisine. The staff and owner were very friendly and the owner recommended a dish that I enjoyed quite a bit. They catered a gathering we had this summer. Very easy to organize, great food that our guests enjoyed, and generous amounts of food for a reasonable price. It's a good restaurant and a good place to try Indian or Nepalese food if you haven't before.
Came here with my in-laws and it did not disappoint. I ordered it spicy, and it was perfect.
Ordered the chicken tikka masala for carryout. It was packed with great care. This is the best tikka masala I’ve had. The garlic naan is wonderful also. Will definitely be back.
Great service and super tasty food! A great addition to King George! Love Love ❤️
This place is a hidden gem. The food and service were outstanding. Some of the best food in Virginia. Go there. You won't be disappointed
Fantastic food! Whether your an adventurous foodie or love the tastes of South East Asia, Taste Of Himalaya will accommodate your tastes buds. The staff is friendly and helpful. Taste of Himalaya was a jewel of our trip
I ordered takeout from Taste of Himalaya recently and had the most pleasant interaction with the staff! Additionally, I love it when the menu is clearly marked as vegetarian/non-vegan, with indicators for vegan, gluten, and soy, as well as spice level. High marks all around for this veg-friendly establishment in an otherwise vegan desert area!
the atmosphere is wonderful, a little upscale without being pretentious, the tables are far enough apart that it doesn't feel crowded at all. We've tried several things on the menu and every single one of them has been fantastic! The portion sizes are very generous. The staff has been so friendly and welcoming, as if they've known us for years. Absolutely recommended, just left, will be back again soon. 🍽️💜

The food is absolutely amazing!
We tried this restaurant today and enjoyed everything we had! The butter chicken is delicious and the garlic naan was fantastic. Medium spicy was just the right heat for us. The staff was friendly and helpful with ordering. We will be back!
This is the best Indian food in Virginia. Everything is great on the menu. The service is fantastic and friendly. If you want to try authentic food this is the place to go. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We went for lunch. Great service and the food was delicious. Lots of vegetarian options, which I appreciate. We had Daal Soup, Aloo Cauli Curry, house special Biryani, and garlic Naan. All were delicious!

Just picked up the Chicken Chili Appetizer and some Garlic Naan as I was passing by and had never been here before. I was absolutely blown away. The flavor and value are both top tier. Can't wait to come by this restaurant again and dine in.
