Ordered the takis fries. It looks and tastes like they poured some kind of sauce on it. I've had the fries from this location and others as well, they're not supposed to be like this. Specifically came for these fries and will not be coming back.

By far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Took 5 mins just for the lady to speak and ask for my order. Then another 7 mins to get to the window only to be told they are behind and to pull into the mobile pickup spot to wait on my order. They sent 3 others over after me. 10 mins later, I get cold food in one bag and half hot fries in the other. I asked for ketchup in the bag and didn't receive ketchup or napkins. The kids didn't even eat the food. Didn't have the patience to go back to get it fixed as we were traveling on the road. I travel this road often and don't plan to waste my time here ever again.
Wish I could leave less than 1 star. Waited at drive through for 10 min. Nothing? Went in rude is all I can say about the workers. Especially the redhead running the register. Acted like I totally offended her and wouldn't even speak? Order food they left out bith nuggets for my kids. Went to the counter and told her i didn't get out nuggets and showed her the bag. She was really nasty at that point. Love Wendy's but never stopping here again.
