Stopped here for dinner, and the place was not even half full. People were very slow. Waited about 5 minutes to he seated, after that I was waiting another 10 minutes to order my food. When my meal came it wasn't good. Pasta was not good, and the chicken itself was bad. Only broccoli was ok. When I finished with my food, I was waiting another 15 minutes to get my check and to pay for my meal. Stuff was slow, and no one was going to work. About an hour after my dinner I had really bad stomach problems. ? worst experience ever.Newer again.....

Well, where do I begin so when we arrive, there was three other parties waiting the place was not busy the girl that was supposed to see us was out back on the phone something about somebody stole her money something like that according to the waitress, finally two waitresses came and seated all four parties including me and my husband once we got seated had a nice waitress she was training a gentleman so we got the two for 25 meal. We have been on the road all day. I got a salad he got some mozzarella sticks. Normally we eat at Applebee’s. We get two dressings with our salad because they are pretty good size well I got one and had a wait about 10 minutes to get the second. One place was busy and we couldn’t believe that the waitresses weren’t very talkative but then all we heard in the bathroom was F this F that we thought there was a fight in the bathroom come to find out it was one of the waitresses in there screaming on her phone, all kinds of curse words coming out of her mouth so we finally got her bill and attempted to leave. My husband tried to get up in the whole booth collapsed underneath the seat of the booth as we were trying to put it back underneath the booth seat. Oh my God it was so filthy there was crowns money trash we were like we’re done it’s time for us to go lol we were shocked. We truly love our Applebee’s and Elizabeth city North Carolina they are amazing. They treat each and every customer like they were family and the bad part about the whole night was as we were pulling out of the parking lot. We didn’t realize that we could go all around and go to the back of the parking lot and the same waitress was out in the back of the parking lot screaming all kind of curse words on her phone again I think that kind of behavior should stay at home not at a restaurant, needless to say we had a heckuva night

This is the 3rd time in a row they have my order wrong. Ask and paid for double mashed potatoes and sweet Asian chili wings. Got 1 order or potatoes and honey bbq wings. I’m fed up with Applebees in SH they have ripped me off multiple times lately.
We love Applebee's! Consistently great food and excellent service! Will go as often as possible ?

I had salmon well cooked but the cook was heavy on the season. Mash potatoes was requested to be loaded but I think server missed understood me. She brought me a cup of bacon, cheese, and sour cream on the side. The other person in my party couldn't eat it and requested to be remade. They were nice about it and they ate the second one. Would definitely visit again. Thank you to the (2/3/24) Saturday morning staff.

Amazing manager!!!We stopped in for a quick bite after a long trip, and while the entire staff was was courteous and friendly, the one thing that stood apart to us was the manager, Dallas.She was super nice and checked with us a couple of times to make sure that we were getting everything we needed!All of the staff seemed to love her too. You just get that vibe, you know? You can tell when people who work together respect each other mutually and want to do well as a team.Dallas in Virginia is a true star!
