I normally love Loves Plaza but the traffic was terrible and people are rude and McDonald's took forever but the store is great, but the fountain drinks were out!!

Kiosk #8 was broken and left open but not out of order? our receipt printed blank, so we didn't know what number our order was. The food was fresh and hot. The staff wasn't very friendly or outgoing, though. over all good food with a lacking atmosphere. Had to ask for everything from staff, no self-serve drinks, napkins, or condements.

This is the cleanest McDonald's . I always stop here when traveling through . The customer service is wonderful. The food , ( fries) ALWAYS hot . Best fast food service by far. Recommend stopping to eat .

Super slow and could not get the order right had to go back in to have order corrected. Frys was cold and did not get half the food we ordered and did not get sauce. Waited at least 17 minutes for a messed up order.

I really love coming here since at least 1 year 6 months and I saw 1 rainbow while rain and sun and the food and drink were good and good employees no rude and no worst employees thankfully I'll come back here again soon maybe?

On June 29, 2025, there was a HUGE traffic jam on the interstate, which took 50 minutes to get through. Very relieved to see a LOVE'S. Was hungry since it was a few minutes to 6 pm. McDonald's was extremely busy. We ordered and got our HOT food in under 5 minutes!! This crew is on top of customer service! Very efficient and friendly. Keep it up!!

Staff was absolutely the worst McDonald's staff I have ever encountered. Was rude while we was ordering apologized for being rude but then kept being rude. The guy who handed us our drinks was also extremely rude. There was one girl who was pleasant the rest were terrible. I would consider eating at the subway at the same location instead.
