this happened at the hardees in mcminnville tn I came in to get something like I always do and instead of sitting in peace a man rudely asked me "what my plan is" I come everyday and order food and use the wifi for a while I am paying customer not a tyrant you dont treat a customer like that especially when I never cause issues and bother noone do better

Not all Hardees are the same, and the Lebanon, VA Hardees definitely shows it. The staff is friendly and makes you feel like they truly appreciate your business. There are people who come here every morning for breakfast because they feel welcomed. I sat here today and watched the manager, Sandy, interact with customers, and I can see why this is an exceptional Hardees. When you run a business, it's one thing to be staffed and another to be staffed with the right employees...
Well Hardees is hardees what is there to say? Though this particular Hardee's could use some work in the customer service area. I mean I didn't make the people who work there put in a application. So why they act so mad? ðŸ˜
