I had the potato cakes with a half pound roast beef sandwich. I came in and ordered from the App. They have what is probably the worst app of any fast food restaurant, but the app has financial incentives for using it.

First they dropped onion rings from the menu and now the turkey and Swiss on whole wheat so I have no reason to eat here (and didn’t)

I just want to know what part of "beef and cheddar" sounded like "fish sandwich"? Also, who asks for Arby's Sauce with fish?
Placed an online order for pickup and arrived about 20 minutes later. The milkshake was melted because they made it ahead of time and had it sitting out.
Politely asked if we could get another and was given a lot of attitude from who I assume was the manager on duty, she was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful saying that we took too long to come pick it up and we only have 10 minutes to pick up an online order. WOW.
I have been to other fast food establishments and they don't make the drink until you arrive, especially something like a milkshake. After a lot of back and forth and threatening to file a credit card dispute they made another milkshake and I was on my way.
After all of that the food was mediocre, the fried turkey sandwich was dry and tasteless and so was the burger.
Will NOT be visiting this location again.
