I love auntie annes but this place gives me a different vibe everytime we visit. They are not courteous and the place is not clean. The cinnamon nuggets usually i will be receiving burnt or cold but this time it was so hard so I had to ask to replace it. The people though were nice to replace it. They threw the ones I had complained and gave me new or just freshly baked.

I haven't learned my lesson. I should have turned around at the sight of the napkins inside the door. The clerk gave me a burnt and dry pretzel. Daggone thing cut the roof of my mouth. $6.50 for bad food is just plain wrong 😕.

Went Xmas shopping and we always get Auntie Annes pretzels wherever and whenever we shop. We were at Leesburg Outlets and when we went there, it was completely empty. Not one customer in there, yet the place was absolutely filthy and 4 people (at one point 5 but the other person went back behind the scene) stood behind the counter. One was rolling dough and making pretzels and another was doing something else with pretzels. One boy was standing around and joking around with another girl who was also standing around. I wish they had gone to the floor and cleaned up the tens of napkins, straw wrappers, and fallen pretzel bites that were on the floor. It was really a nasty look. The pretzels were COLD, but I still enjoyed it.
As for the service, they weren't rude but not really courteous. Just seemed anxious to get back to giggling /maybe flirting with the other girl who was there doing nothing. Clean the floor!

I came in the other day and I was helped by the nicest young man. Even though he was busy making smoothies, he still took the time to take my order and make me a priority. I was not rushed and truly felt cared for and taken care of. The food was still hot which was appreciated as it was cold outside. Will definitely come back.
Please never order pretzels from this location. First, my order was incorrect; second, the pretzels were so hard and difficult to chew and third, they tastes stale and the incorrect pretzel (ordered sweet almond and received regular) that I received tasted like it was filled with dishwasher chemicals. We spent $45 and all of it ended up in the trash.

The state of the store is concerning, as the pretzels are consistently hard and the staff often provides unreasonable wait times simply out of convenience. The manager, who neglects to wear gloves and has visible cuts, scabs, and dirt under her nails, exhibits rude behavior. Additionally, the staff appear untrained. It is clear that this establishment is in need of new management immediately.

The store inside is DIRTY. It feels like they dont ever clean around. The blenders are discolored and they are using dirty towels to handle food. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the guy that was preparing our smoothies, was not using plastic gloves- he touched bananas with his skin to split them and tossed them in the dirty blender after. All the employees were young kids and it seemed like there was no supervision.
