I had to wait so long for an order of ice cream. They actually started taking other customers orders instead of completing my order. Weird thing is when i arrived no one was in the store. I waited for several customers to be served before mine was completed. Terrible service.

I don’t review often, but this place deserves another dismal rating. You always receive some sort of attitude from the employees here. It’s never a pleasant experience. I always give it another chance, but I’m like 0 for 5 at this point.

Horrible establishment. We purchased a cake from this baskin robins/Dunkin’ Donuts & it was labeled incorrectly. Instead of a chocolate chip, it was mint chocolate. Our family noticed this only after we cut into it. My mother contacted the managers here & they told her they wouldn’t give her the money back. They finally said they would give her half & after she brought the cake, they would give her the rest. She was so annoyed that she didn’t want to take half the money & wanted to make a point to bring back the cake that nobody ate bc it was mint chocolate & the kids don’t like that flavor. I live about an hour away, but brought it back to my mom so she can return it. She just notified me that they took the cake but said they wouldn’t give her the money back. I will be contacting corporate. Not only was it their fault for labeling the cake incorrectly, she brought back the cake after making such a big deal about needing it back, just to not refund her the money. This situation has been such a headache. Avoid this place if you can. The managers are brothers or cousins & they obviously don’t know how to run a business. The one in sterling is so much better.

Too much attitude. It says it closes at 9:30pm, I came before at around 9:28 to quickly pick up a quart but they were closed already. I knocked on the glass to ask the employee if they were open, he said they weren’t. I them backed up my car in the parking space behind mine to google another store nearby. He then comes out and asks me why im here! What the hell!!! IM MEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.
