The WORST Baskin Robbins! And Dunkin in the area. Was good, but the last six months this places is just GROSS. They use chocolate syrup for Hot Fudge (not cool and gross - I’m sure cheaper which is why they are doing it so they can save money). Complained - they said ohhh we just threw a batch away. Then sent my nephew and we asked BEFORE placing the order and the managers response was “oh we fired that employee due to not doing what he was suppose to do. We watched the cameras. We just put a new batch in” —— basically the manager is a LIAR. And he doesn’t care. This place has gone down hill. Just beware BEFORE GOING. Bruster’s is down the street, it’s worth the extra few mins for a good sundae. This Baskin Robbins / Dunkin is simply mismanaged and just doesn’t care about your money, they just want to sell whatever they can even when it’s wrong and knowing it’s wrong. Even their latte’s are gross - filled mostly with milk and their espresso shots are nothing compared to the dunkin near CFA in Leesburg — the DD BR on Market St just doesn't care. Save your money and time!! Starbucks is across the street for coffee!!!

I had to wait so long for an order of ice cream. They actually started taking other customers orders instead of completing my order. Weird thing is when i arrived no one was in the store. I waited for several customers to be served before mine was completed. Terrible service.

I don’t review often, but this place deserves another dismal rating. You always receive some sort of attitude from the employees here. It’s never a pleasant experience. I always give it another chance, but I’m like 0 for 5 at this point.
