Beware of the water on your table! They charge $6/bottle and there is no warning!We’ve been patrons for many years and today is the last day we’ll be patronizing here. They had glass water bottles on all the tables. It was complementary before. We saw another couple leave without ordering and took the water bottle with them. I suspected something….. I asked the server if the water was complementary and he said no. My kids already opened the water bottles like they usually do and we saw that they charged us $6/bottle without letting us know. Prior to this visit, water bottles were complementary. There were two bottles on our table.When asked for our check, we noticed that they automatically charged us 20% service fee without any notice. It is bad business practice. It was only 5 of us. No where on the menu or restaurant did they note a 20% charge was automatically added to the check. I’m not sure if there is new management or not but we will not be returning based on the misleading service.

Loved the Thursday special daal baati Churma thali!Update: went there for the Thursday special after a long time. The management seems to have changed. The food has changed. Not bad, but because the first bar was so high, this doesn't stand there. Daal from the thali was too watery and oily, Churma was wayyyy too dry. This being a Rajasthani thali, they shouldn't go wrong on such a crucial items. Baingan bharata was good.

We had eaten here several months ago and had a wonderful dining experience. We recently had guests come from out of town and brought them here. Unfortunately our previous dining experience was not even close. We waited over well over one hour for our food after we had ordered, and several dishes were forgotten. We had children with us who fell asleep hungry waiting for their food. The food was way over salted but we ate as we were so hungry. I heard the restaurant is under new management and I fear that they are not paying attention. Looking at the latest reviews these problems have been pretty consistent. The management responds that the feedback is invaluable and they will correct this, but looks like no changes are made. Don’t be fooled by the higher ratings, those are mostly from the previous management. Never coming here again.

We ordered a take out from Bhai Sahab. Received a text message that the order will be ready to pick up at a certain time, and we reached after 20 mins. Still the order wasn’t ready. Waited for another 15 mins and then got the order. Very poor service.When we reached home, we found out that all the items we ordered were not present inside the bag. The dessert was missing and another item we ordered was not complete, all the accompaniments were missing.Also, the food tasted horrible. The gatte ki sabzi was so bitter that we couldn’t even eat it and had to throw in the bin right away.Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On hapless waiter, another clueless guy servicing take out orders and absolute disregard for seated customers. We are still waiting for food over an hour for food, nothing to show. Meanwhile, online orders seem to be flowing through the door. What the heck..

Bhai sahab is one of the best Indian restaurants in town. They bring the flavor, heat and the right quantity! Their service has been flawless and their buffet lunches are a must! Visiting bhai sahab makes me feel like I’m visiting home and eating with family! Love the vibe, food, and their service.My recommendations: chicken biryani, chole bhature, aloo tikki, chicken curry, mutton Rogan josh, butter chicken, and their desserts!Love visiting this place!
