My husband and I went to eat at bkd bagels earlier this week, and he was excited to try it because he heard good things. We were greeted by an impatient man when there was no one behind us waiting, we were taking our time to order and he was extremely dismissive and impatient. English isn’t my first language so it takes me a bit longer to order than usual, but the way I was spoken to made me very disappointed. I hope that they will take this review as a wake up call to have patience with people…. We are what keeps your business a business. You should put customers as priority as we keep your business going.
Will not be ever eating here again, so disappointed.

The service was awesome. The bagels were bagels. Went at noon and they were slightly stale. They should t have tasted stale if they were made that morning.

Absolutely delicious! I love that you can create your own bagel and put your own toppings on it. This place has a wide selection of menu options making it great for breakfast but also for lunch. I got the toasted asiago bagel with sliced chicken for lunch and it was so phenomenal! It's a really cool vibe inside as well.

We ordered catering for about 50 people for a brunch spread after my son's wedding that was delivered to the Home2Suites next door. The lox platter and bagel casserole were excellent. Emma and her team delivered everything as expected and allowed our guests to end our celebration on such a fun note! Thank you!

Quick and efficient service, delicious bagels! The spicy everything was a big hit. They also have dairy free cream cheese for the vegan and lactose intolerant in our group!

The bagels are good. They are smaller than bagels I am used to, but they are made onsite and taste good.
The service was fast and friendly.
The atmosphere...the ceilings are very high, and there is not sufficient furniture to absorb sound, so it is loud and echo-y.
The few tables they had were not clean. Nitbterrible, but not clean. Attenyion in that area would be recommended...have someone go out wvery 30 minutes or so and wipe the tables down. There aren't many tables, so it'd only take a few minutes.
They do have outdoor seating, weather permitting.
Overall...if it's 1 1/2 miles from me. If I wanted a bagel but didn't feel like a trip to Herndon, they'd be my go-to back-up plan.
