We recently did a party for 40 in the patio at Bleu Frog and had the best time. Wine selection was excellent and the staff were highly welcoming. We were given some samples to choose from. The place had enough space for all of us. Jan Kernan; who is the owner was wonderful and really nice to deal with. Since it was hot outside, she arranged extra fans for us and allowed us to bring some eatables. There was a cooler to keep our desserts refrigerated.
A really pleasant experience and highly recommend.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to host our wedding celebration than Bleu Frog Vineyards. From the moment we arrived, we knew this boutique vineyard was something special. Unlike some of the larger, more commercial wineries in the area, Bleu Frog offers an incredibly personal, down-to-earth charm that made us—and all our guests—feel right at home.

We rented the Pavilion, and it was absolutely PERFECT. Tucked away from the main tasting area, it gave us the seclusion we hoped for, creating a warm, intimate atmosphere for our friends and family to truly relax and celebrate. The views were stunning, the setting was serene, and the vibe was effortlessly elegant.

The wine? Incredible. Every bottle was a hit, and the addition of the Horse Trailer bar service—complete with Old Bleu Brewing's beer and crowd-favorite Frosés (frozen rosé slushies!)—added a fun and unique twist that everyone is still raving about.

Service-wise, we were absolutely blown away. Kim and her team were phenomenal. From start to finish, they made sure everything ran smoothly and treated our guests with warmth and energy. Our bartender was exceptional and truly helped bring the celebration to life.

Special thanks to Jan, who helped us plan the day to perfection—her guidance and care made a huge difference. And we’d be remiss not to mention Kevin's Catering, whose food and presentation were every bit as impressive as the venue. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the pairing of the food and wine—it was a flawless match.

If you’re looking for a hidden gem with soul, character, and a team who genuinely cares, Bleu Frog Vineyards is it. We’ll remember this day forever—and we’re so grateful this magical place was part of it.

Beautiful setting with plenty of space and seating. Indoor air conditioning and outside tents and shade. Sand pit for the kids and a nice selection of beers and wine. Definitely worth a visit!

My Fiance and I went for our Nieces 2nd Birthday. Suzan and her daughter were very helpful at the bar and the most kind people we have ever met. They were amazing at suggesting drinks and had great conversation. Highly recommend the winery and Suzan.

We had our baby shower recently at their covered porch area attached to their main building. The facility was excellent and the staff were so accommodating and made everything easier. It was laid back and the afternoon was so pleasant. Everyone enjoyed the wine (especially the Rose') and a big plus was all of the places for the kids to play while the adults socialized. Thank you Bleu Frog for the memorable experience.

Will definitely be back.

Dog friendly and wines were delicious! Loved the chocolate truffles too. Lots of shaded seating areas.

Relaxing spot, not over crowded. The staff was pleasant. Nice woodwork in the tasting building. Wide selection from white to rose, reds, and ports. Several fruit-forward options in particular, quite pleasant. Recommended!

What a perfect place to bring a family, kids playing in the sand pit or soccer field. Live music while couples walked around the vineyards. Great and friendly service. Even though there were only three beers on tap I found the pale ale and the blonde to both be very good. The blonde had that creaminess you hope for in a blonde. Friends enjoyed the wine and wine slushies.

Spent our afternoon here for the first time and we immediately texted our besties to plan a future date!
SUPER kid friendly, (as someone who used to think kids didn’t deserve a space at wineries and breweries) I’m very thankful now for people who acknowledge the balance of life.

Very laid back and at your own pace, we saw plenty of activities (football, soccer, corn hole, sand box and room to run) for the littles. The tables and chairs are all appropriately spaced for guests. With additional deck space, and other seating areas away from the kid zone.

The pretzel was good, with a hefty amount of salt (we love a good salted pretzel). The cheese had a good kick of spicy and it was also served with a delicious mustard.

The tasting room was very chic, cozy and simple. We loved the atmosphere and that we could truly relax with our kids playing near by.

Our only qualms if you will, were the flights and the charcuterie.
1. The flights are actually charged as (4) “1/2” pours which was a bit much to start out with. But overall good for the $5 price, just too much to drink as a sample.

2. The charcuterie could’ve used a bit more meat in my opinion. The vacuum sealed bag is a fantastic idea, and preserves the food very well. We were just sad to see only a few small options of meat to enjoy with the cheese.

Overall we cannot wait to visit again with our friends and their kiddos. Thank you for being inclusive of the whole family.

Kids playground vibe. They accommodate to kids more than adults. No glassware allowed off porch, carton logo, soccer fields, sand pit, hay tunnels and footballs near entrance. Gift shop and hotdogs all before ore you get to the small wine ordering area. Wines were too sugary sweet. Good Luck.

Delicious peach port, and fruity wines. and fantastic wood architecture, reminiscent of mideval chapels.

Bleu Frog is hands down the best winery in the VA/MD area! Whether you're looking for a casual afternoon or a classy one, the Frog is happy to accommodate you. Between the amazing views, the lovely staff, and the delicious wine there is ALWAYS a good reason to go back. Do yourself a favor and go

Bleu Frog is wonderful! We had a nice daytime visit on a Saturday in late September for our anniversary. Great atmosphere, families together outside with children. Not a fussy vibe at all. The property is nicely sectioned off with different areas- a wine window near the entrance, vineyards right near the tasting areas, a very nice tasting room with two floors of seating. Main building has a wrap around deck, there was live music out there. They had wine by the glass or bottle, wine slushes, beer and food for sale. Will return next year.

Beautiful place and fast service. Went with a group of four and we all had a great time, but that was because of how hilariously bad and expensive the wine was. Come for the views. Terrible wine.
