Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Always has friendly staff and my favorite ice cream of all time, the graham central station. I have been coming to brusters since I was a kid (the Gaithersburg location) and it will always be my favorite ice cream

We used to love this location, but the past two visits they’ve gotten our order wrong.

We LOVE Brusters ice cream , but this location has been screwing up our order the past few times. The employees also aren’t as friendly as they used to be. I assume it goes hand in hand.

I normally have a good experience here but not this time. The ice cream is great, but I don’t know if they hired new people or what but the customer service was not good. The girl that took my order didn’t smile, had an attitude, and forgot my order. I went with my disabled mom and waited for 15 minutes even while other people who ordered after me came and went. When I saw that the workers sitting in the back, I asked the one worker who was cleaning if they had my order- and they had lost it. Not a good experience. The ice cream is good but always ask for a receipt.

Very disappointed. We had brewsters cater our wedding. I was so excited to have a unique and delicious ice cream catering because I love ice cream and we had an out door event. Communictation and professionalism were wonderful leading up to the event. Prior to the event I was assured someone from Brewsters would ensure my husband and I would be brought a serving and that we would receive the leftover ice cream containers as we had paid for them. If it had not been for a friend of mine I would not have gotten any ice cream on my wedding day and my husband was never offered any. Also when the time was up we did not receive any leftovers. I emailed and called to follow up and never heard anything back from Brewster's.

We come here often for a sweet treat. They offer a large selection of flavors. Sometimes the wait can be long and sometimes not. For the price you pay should get you consistent scoops. Maybe they need to use a scale?

Love Bruster's. Great tasting ice cream, friendly staff and fast service, even when they are busy.

Best ice cream around but also expensive and sometimes long lines.

We made our first visit to Brusters tonight, completely unaware that we had arrived right at closing time. My son went to the window expecting to check out the menu and be turned away, but the attendant was incredibly kind and served us anyway. She was very gracious and patient and never once made us feel as though we were inconveniencing anyone. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone. Great ice cream, but more importantly to us….exceptional service with a smile and extraordinary kindness!

Went here on 9/30/23 at 6:19pm got attended by Sarah and Justin. They provided horrible service. They laughed at my daughter's speech impediment.
