Always has friendly staff and my favorite ice cream of all time, the graham central station. I have been coming to brusters since I was a kid (the Gaithersburg location) and it will always be my favorite ice cream

We LOVE Brusters ice cream , but this location has been screwing up our order the past few times. The employees also aren’t as friendly as they used to be. I assume it goes hand in hand.

I normally have a good experience here but not this time. The ice cream is great, but I don’t know if they hired new people or what but the customer service was not good. The girl that took my order didn’t smile, had an attitude, and forgot my order. I went with my disabled mom and waited for 15 minutes even while other people who ordered after me came and went.
