I love the atmosphere of this Thai restaurant. And the food was amazing. My daughter and I had chicken, satay and pad see ew.. It was all delicious. And their Thai tea is really good.

Love this place! The restaurant located in a good location. Nice and clean inside the restaurant. Our waitress was attentive and helpful. I asked for spicy level 4/5 for my food and it came out perfect! We got Pad see ew and Drunken noodles and they both were tasty and in a perfect portion. Good price.

I was excited to try this place again, hoping that recent reviews were correct. The first time I tried it, I had the drunken noodles, which had no flavor and extremely overcooked chicken. This time, I tried the Panang and was again extremely disappointed. Not only was my rice box about half full, but I received extremely dry and overcooked chicken, despite ordering pork in hopes it wouldn't be dried out. There was also a crushed-up bay leaf throughout the sauce, which, if anyone knows, is impossible to eat, so I felt like every two seconds was pulling out bits of leaf. It also had honestly about two vegetables. Just overall disappointed. They're always friendly, but their atmosphere is a bunch of old furniture from the thrift store that's not in any way comfortable. Eh.

I’ve been to many Thai restaurants in Virgina, but this was the best that I’ve ever had. The taste is authentic bringing the traditional Thai spices and seasoning. We started our meal with the famous Papaya salad, Chicken Satay and Tom Kha soup, followed by Crab Meat Fried Rice, Pad Thai and Panama Curry. For dessert we had mango sticky rice and Thai Tea, my favorite ❤️. The ambiance is beautiful, price and portions was affordable, they do have a bar which is perfect for date night! The staff, management and experience was friendly, it’s what I’ve been looking for, over all I was amazed with the taste and will definitely come back!

Got chicken pad Thai and pineapple fried rice. Pad Thai is not seasoned well, tasted bland. the fried rice is even worse, and the shrimp is completely unseasoned. The rice was dry, the pineapple was not fresh.

Dine in on Saturday night. Got spring rolls and beef fried rice. Everything was delicious and came out in a timely manner. Service was great, decor was cute. Especially loved the attention to detail when it came to serving my toddler with plastic cup, plastic toddler plate and cutlery. We are not normally in this area but when we venture back we would come eat here again!

We visited Bua Thai for the first time tonight and was very pleased with out experience. The atmosphere feels both casual and elevated. Nice use of warm lighting and homey dining setting. They have a great attention to detail, its obviouse they care about the customer experience. Our family shared some spring rolls and a beef fried rice. Nothing beats a casual family dinner at a thai restaurant. We will definitely be coming back.
